Baste Suit

We take your personal bespoke pattern, choice of fabric and stitch your suit together with white baste stitches.

The basted suit is a blueprint or 'first draft' of the final version and can be radically altered if necessary.

There are no buttonholes or pockets so it is still possible to change their position. Also lapels and shoulders can be adjusted if you wish.

Third Appointment - SECOND FITTING

At this stage the suit will be at a more advanced basted or may be almost completely finished or (depending on the complexity of your shape).

All of the alterations carried out from the 1st fitting will be assessed on the 2nd fitting making sure the desired look of the suit has been achieved.

Any final adjustments will be marked up. The suit is then ready to be finished.
